It’s a hidden gem that needs to be found and appreciated by many because it deserves the applause. It uses the typical high-school romantic comedy genre in such a unique, witty, and unusual way that we haven’t seen too many times. I’m not saying it doesn’t contain any clichés, but for the most part, it manages to navigate around them very well, offering creative dialogues, dramatic moments, and an unlikely friendship.
