Well, some of the old ones still bring quality like Chappelle, Jim Jefferies, Tom Segura, Bill Burr, etc.

Apart from them, I think Netflix brings in new and fresh voices a lot. Bo Burnham has a different approach with his introspective method, James Acaster's 4 episode-long special is downright genius (and very British), and there is Hasan Minaj, Aziz Ansari, and lately a lot of women comic, too.

For Netflix, producing stand-up specials is the cheapest and one of the most profitable, so they have a lot of wiggle room to experiment.
