Totally agree. Snyder’s best is the remake of Dawn of the Dead – and the first 10 mins of Watchmen, of course.

Frankly, I hope he’ll leave the DC universe now forever. He’s working on a new series called the Army of the Dead, which is gonna be bonkers, seemingly.

Snyder is at his best when he can do bonkers, big, gory stuff. He loves god-like superheroes, mythical stories, and he can make entertaining movies about them, usually, but his DCEU films are awful – I haven’t watchef the Snyder Cut, yet.

Nevertheless, he’s a really nice guy, caring father, and overall supportive. In Hollywood, that becomes rarer and rarer these days.
