This is the best piece of writing I’ve read about nostalgia and the ‘90s for a while.

I was born in the late ‘80s, so I missed that era and the ‘90s became my ‘80s basically. And yes, I miss those years the most because it was intact, simpler, and we had nonsense problems that seem like almost nothing today.

Nostalgia is seductive, addictive, and deceiving.

But when you watch movies like this, or Mid90s, they can to take you back to a time which was truly yours. It belongs to your generation, and no one who wasn’t a part of it can perceive it so purely.
