Thank you, Ezra! I absolutely agree. I love the last season, in fact, I think as we’re going forward season by season the show gets better. However, a lot of people would disagree with me. Maybe the “whacking” is less by each season, but we, as an audience, are getting deeper and deeper in Tony’s mind. It’s like a social and behavioral study mixed with psychology.

Many fans hated the dream sequences in the last season, I loved it. David Chase liked to mess with our minds and expectations. There is a one hour interview with him on Youtube (after the first season finished). I recommend it big time if you haven’t seen it yet.

The Sopranos is one of my favourite shows of all time, I could talk about it forever.
