I agree with you and most of those writers do suck, but what they’re saying about the algorithm isn’t far off. It’s definitely flawed.

Plus how do you know that those writers are not improving? Perhaps they do. I believe there’s a lot of writers who keep improve themselves but don’t get the results they aim for – which isn’t necessarily their fault. Sure, you can always do more, experiment, try new niches, but there’s only so much you have control over here.
