I can totally relate, Cristina. My mind used to be in a spiral at all times, which caused me insomnia, stress, and anxiety.
I always think that I haven't done enough in one day, even though, sometimes my expectations are way too high and impossible to accomplish them in one day. So recently, I try to make fewer expectations for one day, so maybe I can achieve them and go to bed satisfied and happy.
Let me tell you, that rarely happens :D
