Hm… Interesting experience.

I’m a big procrastinator as well since forever. I think the biggest thing that I realized is, you should never let any project overwhelm you because that crushes your creativity and productivity. It generates fear, which leads to procrastination.

If you can break down the big, seemingly terrifying task, and concentrate only on the small steps, certain daily goals, it becomes less overwhelming, and you can actually feel the process. By making it, you become less stressed and more relieved.

It’s very hard to maintain beneficial habits and routines, but that’s the only way to keep being productive.
