I was planning to write an article about the subject myself, because I feel the same way.

There are great ways, tools, and ideas all around in those articles, but, in the end of the day, you just need to find the ones that suit you. That’s the point, however, I think only you can come up with a great technique for yourself.

And in order to do that, you have to experiment, fail, get up and try again. Eventually something will work.
