As a Hungarian, unfortunately I have to say that Orban is where he is because there are too many radicals and ignorant people in Hungary he’d been manipulating for years. Some of them are in my family, some friends, some friends of a friend, and the circle is neverending.

Hungary is a terrible place to live now, and every time I go home to visit my family and friends, I’m baffled by how much worse everything can get in under a year (I usually visit once a year because that’s all I can tolerate).
